Noodle Factory was founded in 2018 — before generative AI was mainstream — because we believed that AI in education needed to be designed from the ground up around pedagogy, not retrofitted from general-purpose AI tools.
OUR STORY
Eight years. Built with educators, not for them.
2018
Founded with a single belief
We started building AI tutors because we saw the gap between what AI could do and what teaching actually required. Most AI was designed to answer questions. Teaching requires something fundamentally different — guiding, adapting, and holding a learner's attention over time.
2019–21
Real classrooms from day one
We deployed in real institutions from the beginning — not in labs, not in pilots designed to succeed. Every feature was shaped by what faculty and students actually needed, not what made a good demo.
2022 - 23
Recognition and partnerships grow
MOU with ITE Singapore. Coverage in The Straits Times, EdTech Insiders, and international education media. Partnerships expanding across Southeast Asia and beyond.
2024–26
Agentic AI for education
As generative AI went mainstream, we went deeper — building Agentic AI that doesn’t just respond, but proactively observes, plans, and guides learners over time. The result of eight years of classroom learning, in a single platform.

Every feature starts with a teaching question, not a technology capability. We ask “what does this enable an educator to do better?” — not “what can we build?”

Educators stay in control
AI should extend educator authority, not replace it. Every decision about what gets taught, how it gets taught, and what the AI can access remains with the educator.

Every feature has been tested in real educational settings — not in product labs. If it doesn’t work for a real teacher with a real class, it doesn’t ship.
