Inclusive Learning

Learning opportunities should not depend on circumstance

Every learner should have access to guidance, encouragement and opportunities to practise—regardless of their background or the resources available to their school or community.

Noodle Factory is beginning a new chapter of our work: collaborating with schools, universities, community organisations and other partners to extend meaningful learning support to learners who may otherwise have less access to it.

We are currently listening, learning and identifying partners with whom we can develop our first initiatives.

OUR COMMITMENT

Education can change lives, but access to individual learning support remains uneven

Some learners have fewer opportunities to ask questions, practise their skills, receive timely feedback or learn at a pace that works for them. Educators and community organisations are already doing important work to close these gaps, often with limited time and resources.

We want to contribute what we have learned and built over the years to support that work.

Noodle Factory brings experience in education, learning design and the responsible use of AI to support teaching and learning.

Depending on the needs identified with each partner, we may contribute AI-supported tutoring, peer-learning capabilities, educator support, learning design and programme implementation.

Technology is only one part of the initiative. Its role is to strengthen the work of educators and community partners, not replace the relationships and human support that make learning meaningful.

OUR MISSION

What we hope to make possible

Working with the right partners, we hope to help more learners:

Access to guidance when they need it

Give learners more opportunities to ask questions and receive support inside and beyond the classroom.

Practise and build confidence

Create safe, encouraging spaces where learners can practise, make mistakes and continue improving.

Learn with and from others

Enable structured peer learning that strengthens understanding while building connection and confidence.

Continue learning despite limited resources

Explore practical ways to extend learning support in communities where individual attention may be difficult to provide at scale.

GET INVOLVED

Building the initiative together

We are looking to work with:

Schools and community organisations

Partners who understand the needs of their learners and are interested in exploring new ways to extend learning support.

Universities and education partners

Institutions and specialists who can contribute learning expertise, educator development, research or programme evaluation.

Corporate and funding partners

Organisations that can contribute funding, expertise, networks, technology or employee participation to help make initiatives accessible and sustainable.

Join Us

We are currently listening to schools, universities and community organisations that work with learners who could benefit from additional educational support.

If you understand a learning need in your community—or would like to contribute expertise, resources or funding—we would be glad to start a conversation.

How would you like to be involved?
